Answering your questions
As a parent or carer there can be many challenges supporting a child through their education. Perhaps you have questions about their progress or would like help with understanding a report from school. Whatever the question, we’re here for you and are invested in making a difference to you and your child.

Let's talk about progress
Our managers track your child’s progress. They monitor tutor interactions, check your child’s engagement with the curriculum and ensure that you are getting the results you expect. You will be invited to regular progress meetings where you have time to discuss what your child is learning and can plan next steps together.
Supporting you with your child's education
Our managers are available to give advice and make recommendations on the many decisions ahead. They:
are knowledgeable about local schools and the curriculum
can support with 11 Plus and Entrance exam applications
offer reassurance and guidance on how to support your child's needs
