Explore Learning 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee Scheme 

  •  1. Overview 

    • 1.1. The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee Scheme is offered by Explore Learning for new online members only who enrol during the specified promotional period. 

    • 1.2. This scheme aims to provide qualifying members with the option to cancel their membership and receive a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

  • 2. Promotion Period 

    • 2.1. The Scheme applies exclusively to new online memberships that commence between 24th February 2025 and 31st March 2025 (“the Promotion Period”). 

    • 2.2. Any memberships initiated outside of this Promotion Period will not be eligible for the Scheme. 

  • 3. Eligibility 

    • 3.1. New Members Only: This Scheme is open to individuals who are signing up for Explore Learning’s online services for the first time or have not held a membership within the last 12 months. 

    • 3.2. One-Time Use: Each eligible family may only use the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee Scheme once. Subsequent memberships will not be eligible for this Scheme. 

  • 4. Guarantee Period 

    • 4.1. The guarantee period is 14 consecutive calendar days from the membership start date, which is the date of your first session (“the Guarantee Period”). 

    • 4.2. A request for a refund under this Scheme must be made within the Guarantee Period. Refund requests received outside the 14-day window will not be considered. 

  • 5. Refund Conditions 

    • 5.1 Technical Limitations: Explore Learning is not responsible for technical issues on the member’s side (e.g., hardware problems, poor internet connectivity). The Scheme does not cover losses or refunds related to such issues unless directly caused by Explore Learning’s platform. 

    • 5.2. Refund Amount

    • If all conditions are met, a full refund of the membership fee paid for the first 14 days (i.e., the initial payment) will be processed. 

    • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused sessions or add-on services outside the standard membership. 

  • 6. How to Claim a Refund 

    • 6.1. Refund Request:

    • To request a refund, the primary account holder must contact your Explore Learning Centre Team (via phone or email) within the Guarantee Period.

    • The subject line or call reference should clearly state “14-Day Money-Back Guarantee Request.”

  • 6.2. Required Information

    • Full name of the account holder. 

    • Membership registration date. 

    • Reason for Cancellation – To support Explore Learning to improve it’s services 

  • 6.3. Verification and Processing: Explore Learning Customer Support will verify eligibility (date of membership start, session attendance) within five (5) business days of receiving the request. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within ten (10) business days after approval. 

  • 7. Exclusions and Limitations 

    • 7.1. Misuse or Breach: Explore Learning reserves the right to refuse a refund if it has reasonable grounds to suspect any fraudulent activity, misuse of the Scheme, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. 

  • 8. Cancellation Outside the Guarantee 

    • 8.1. If a member chooses to cancel after the 14-Day Guarantee Period, any standard cancellation policies, notice periods, or fees in the Membership Agreement will apply. 

    • 8.2. This Scheme does not extend or replace existing membership cancellation terms beyond the 14-day period.  

  • 9. Modifications and Termination 

    • 9.1. Explore Learning may modify, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time for legal or operational reasons, provided that any members currently within their 14-day Guarantee Period will be honoured under the terms that were in effect at the start of their membership. 

    • 9.2. Any changes to the Scheme will be communicated via the Explore Learning website or by email to affected members.
