Schools' Entrance Assessment Group
What is the Schools' Entrance Assessment Group?
All 62 academically selective schools in Northern Ireland make up the Schools' Entrance Assessment Group (SEAG). It includes Controlled and Voluntary Grammar Schools and Integrated Schools in its membership. All schools in the SEAG use the same test, which means that children applying to any of these schools only need to take the entrance examination once.
